MXS crashes after about 5 seconds

CPU : AMD 6350 Six Core 3.9~GHz
Graphics Card : R7 260x
Ram : 8Gb
OS : Windows 10 64 bit

Last windows update was on the 17th of June and the problems have persisted since the 6th of july

Good news, managed to download some beta 2015 drivers and it got mxs working but now its limited to 8fps so its not really fixed.. :/

I say its limited because even if I change my graphic settings it maintains to be stuck on 8fps. Not a bad gpu as playing gta 5 with high settings at like 60fps to kill time, so its nothing to do with my pc, just dont know how to "unlimit" mxs..

Is it just as simple as updating your AMD drivers ? I also run AMD and I am having the same trouble.

nope. updated drivers and still happening

I just finished updating everything and still the same but its now lasts about 10 seconds before the stopped working message pops up

Yea, at this point I cannot think of anything to do that I havent tried already. Honestly only thing I can think of is for jlv to release some sort of patch.

I can't patch AMD's drivers.

Does 16.6.1 work? You can get old AMD drivers here.

Looks like the most recent updates were 16.7.1 on 7/7/2016 and 16.6.2 on 6/29/2016.

AMD driver's don't work. Just tried to install Windows Updates. Didn't work either.

And his GTA is locked hovering around 30fps when it usaully 60+

I know this is a dumb thing to add but sometimes when I update my graphics card driver it resets my settings for mxs. Usually it turns things to power saving modes or turns on threading. Its worth a shot to go through and redo all the settings for the specific mxs exe. that your using.

If you already did this then i'm sorry. Just figured id throw some stuff out there.

Just in case anyone missed it in the other topic, this was caused by Plays TV. Uninstalling Plays TV will fix it.
