There is a bit of an issue with the spot under the leatt brace. If you use a rider with no leatt, the normal map still creates some interesting shadows in that area...
That looks like real plastic , sorry if it isnt ment to look like that
But can we get some info?
DO we have to place the new rider norm instread of the one that was made by wilson? (new rider: DJ)
also could we have a new topic on these norm and spec maps? so we dont have to go all 9 pages to find the newest?
If it says (not detected) in red in the menu next to "frame buffer objects" and "enable mapping" does that mean it won't work on my machine?
Cause for the life of me, I cannot get this to work!
sice the 10-25 update i start to having problems of framing during the game , i have been testing and making rollback of the last updates and whit the 10-08 the game works perfect , the new option in the graphics menu , dosent matter if its turned off , the performance of the game slow down drastically , and the offset start to rise near to 1000~1200. and with the 10-08 stay low 0~30. i use the last disply drivers with nvidia 191.07 WHQL .

Can you tell if the shaders are disabled? With the shaders off it should actually be a bit faster than before since it's doing less texture switching now.

It's like it doesn't record anything after it finds the monitor resolution. When I tried I just went in game, started a race, then quit the game.

Good to know it's not only me then. Actually wanted to try and force mxs to crash when it gets that weird artifacting and see if it had any errors in the log. But so far I haven't had it crash in the past few days.

It shouldn't do that. It might be worth deleting the file just in case it's a permissions problem.

Ah I never thought of that, I'll try deleting it and see what happens when it regenerates. If the same thing happens I'll take a look at it's security permissions.
