Re: Help / questions.
gimps drawing tool (paths) kida sucks. As far as drawing graphics and lines I use inkscape(http://www.inkscape.org), its very up front and easy to use vector program ,the path tool or "inkpen" is much better than that in gimp. As far as the graphic sizeing in game.. you just need to play around with it to get it right, once you have a feel for how large certian areas need to be it will just come natural. Alot of the areas on the bike have bends and curves, when you draw a straight line or pattern they can get destorted in game, you just need to try and flood fill these areas or put your graphics around them, if you want to get fancy you can adjust the flow of your lines to adhear to the curves on the bike.
My question (all) , I want to open my config file and try to set some deadspots on my controller. I found the file but I am unsure of how to open and edit the file, any help? I have searched the forum with no luck as far as opening the file.

Re: Help / questions.
thanks DJ, I ended up figuring it out last night. Did not like the changed settings after all.
Re: Help / questions.
I dont know if your trying to add them in gimp or inkscape. You should do all the logos/stickers in gimp so you can create several layers untill your finished. In gimp i just open up the logo i want, use the paths tool to select and remove it from its background, cut and paste onto the fender or wherever its going, select the "scale tool" from the toolbox and you can size it any way you wish.
