how are we going to see who gets the holeshot?

You should make it a rule that you can only change your bike once.

If you didn't submit some team skins or whatnot, you can change your bike as much as you like. Team riders can change between 2 and 4 stroke of their model if they have the skins available (Massacre and Team Honda have this ability).
