Look in the control panel under "Problem reports and solutions". Select "Problem history". Right click on mx.exe and choose "View details".

[edit - I was searching for 30 minutes trying to figure out where the crash reports were hidden on vista for him before I read the post where he admitted he was a pirate. Oh well, at least I know for next time.]

so do i need nvoglnt.dll?

Try searching google for nvoglnt.dll. I just did and it seems like a common problem related to nvidia opengl drivers.
