Belgium is a very small country with a lot of inhabitants. Therefor there isn't much open space and there aren't many mx tracks available. At the end of the year, when the farmers are harvesting their fields we go out and ask them if we can have 1 saturday afternoon of fun on their field once it is harvested. Most farmers agree. We also go out and ask the people that live close by the field in question not to call the police. It is only one afternoon.
When we fiend a field we make a track with orange traffic cones and add a few wooden jumps and then we just have fun all together. We ride with everything available. Dirt bikes, enduro bikes, the Ninja you see in the back, side-cars, quads, trikes, 4X4's (ofcourse we don't take the jumps with the 4X4's :p ),... we just have fun. When it starts to get dark we set up the barbecue and drink a few beers all together before we finally go home. It's all in good fun and we are a group of aprroximately 30 friends. We don't hurt anyone i think.
Is it fun ? You bet
is it legal ? Not really no... if the police shows up we can pack or things and head home. Luckely so far that hasn't happened often.
