I expect dragging and dropping a trackinfo file would work, but not the serverargs.txt file.

Actually, I just realized you were dropping it on the runserver.bat file, not mxserver.exe. That script ignores its parameters so dropping something on it should be the same as double clicking it.

JLV:

Tracks on the server were:
0 0M 1L trackinfo/alcrest.trackinfo
1 15M 2L trackinfo/2015.motosport.rf.national.rd01.hangtown.trackinfo
2 0M 1L trackinfo/2015.motosport.rf.national.rd01.hangtown.trackinfo
3 0M 4L trackinfo/2015.motosport.rf.national.rd01.hangtown.trackinfo
4 30M 2L trackinfo/2015.motosport.rf.national.rd01.hangtown.trackinfo

I did: server, removetrack 1

Tracks now on server:
0 0M 1L trackinfo/alcrest.trackinfo
1 0M 1L trackinfo/2015.motosport.rf.national.rd01.hangtown.trackinfo
2 0M 4L trackinfo/2015.motosport.rf.national.rd01.hangtown.trackinfo

What happened to my 30+2?

There was a removetrack bug that I fixed in r1260 but never uploaded. It's now uploaded to elsinore but I didn't restart any servers yet.

Okay. It wasn't a big deal, just thought I'd mention it in case there was a bug.

Can someone explain to me how to automatically set an admin when I first start the mx sim server.

I tried adding --admin 1234 at the top of the serverargs file but it still prompts me for an admin UID when I start the server. I have a few people to set up with different privileges but I'd hate to do this manually every time I restart the server.

One more question.

What do I need to do to make a race 15 minutes + 2 laps in the serverargs or wherever it needs to be done? I searched but found nothing on this.

Thanks

Use both the --minutes and --laps options.

--laps 2
--minutes 15
