The demo uses "%LOCALAPPDATA\%MX Simulator Demo" instead of "%LOCALAPPDATA\%MX Simulator".

Check the Windows start menu under MX Simulator.

As for the white tracks, you probably have the track in a subfolder. For example, if you downloaded mx777 it should look like this (note there is only one mx777 folder):

C:
  • Program Files
    • MX Simulator
      • mx777
        • billboards
          decals
          flaggers
          lighting
          shading.ppm
          statues
          terrain.hf
          terrain.png
          texturelist
          tilemap
          timing_gates
A lot of the time there will be an extra subfolder like this, which won't work correctly:

C:
  • Program Files
    • MX Simulator
      • mx777
        • mx777
          • billboards
            decals
            flaggers
            lighting
            shading.ppm
            statues
            terrain.hf
            terrain.png
            texturelist
            tilemap
            timing_gates
hi jlv,I resolved for the tracks thanks but the snapshot still doesnt go. I put the mx.exe in the folder with the icon uninstall and the personal folder but when i try to run it it tells me: can't find game data :?
Thanks for the help

The game data it's looking for is zzzz.saf. It should be in "c:\Program Files\MX Simulator".

Start at "My Computer", then click "Drive C", then "Program Files", then "MX Simulator".

Everytime I go on it says ''Case Mismatch on '@rider_body-ddmxv2.jm' and also '@rider_body_fp-ddmxv2.jm'. It says this about 4 times on both.

Alright, while using DDMX's guide to add decals to a track I came upon a problem. It is the right size but like Tyskorn it turned out looking like really bright sand, any suggestions?
