It's complaining about the image dimensions ("not multiples of 16"). Use 896 instead of 900.

Does it like the pre-multiplexed v.avi file?
In answer to your question a long time ago, the pre multiplexed is an unsupported file format.

Did you ever try running it through ffmpeg?

I can run almost 15 people on the servers with all my graphics at 6 and no shaders or roost and my comp runs fine. And I can run all of the best looking tracks by myself on Fullll graphics. I try and do some shooting with only me riding, and the graphics all the way up. Its kinda laggy but I thought it would always be 30 fps on the movie.avi but its just as laggy. Anything I'm doing wrong or is my computer just not up for it?

Well, my PC runs this script at 30 fps, so I think you skipped a step. Make sure you put your game in windowed mode then exit it. Then you just run the mx.avi and it should work perfectly. I'm assuming you have all the other steps done. :P If you don't, feel free to ask for any more help, I'd be willing to help you out. :D

ok, so i put opened my game and put it in windowed mode. closed my game, i tried to run mxavi, it opens the cmd but closes right away. then i start my game and load a demo, also start the mxavi still closes right away any ideas?

the path file looks like this "path %PATH%;c:\Program Files(86)\MX Simulator\mx

mx --record-audio a-stereo-88320.ub --record-video --lock-fps 30 --width 640 --height 480 | ppmtoy4m -F 30:1 -S 420jpeg | yuv2lav -o v.avi -f a -q 100"
Anyone can go fast in a straight line..

You need to see what error message you're getting. Either run it from a command prompt, or put "pause" at the end of the script.

I finally got it to work... but its in slow motion. I'm recording at 1280 768? The video quality is perfect and it isnt laggy but its in slowmo I don't understand why. Do I need to lower my resolution more?

Do you still have --lock-fps 30 in there? Maybe post a small clip just to make sure it isn't the player you're using?

Found the problem. I wanted it to be a slow mo clip so I put it up to 60 FPS. Silly me. I put it back down to 30 and now its butter smooth.

I just started using this recorder, and everything runs great, 60fps at 1280x720, but the audio seems to be very low quality, almost like the sound of blown out speakers, and buzzes. :( any suggestions?
