I would like to see how much new bike collisions (less giant sphere at the bottom center) help with the slide outs. IMO I think that could be the problem to many different anomalies, especially slide out 360s.

  • Dab force is now only applied when the steering position warrants it.
  • Max dab speed increased to 60.
The auto dab, if that's basically what it is now, is very handy for me. Im trying out something different with the game from what Ive done the past couple years. Im now controlling the bike with a radio control pistol grip radio like I would use for my rc dirt bikes (other hobby of mine). Once I gave up the xbox controller for this style I lost forward/back leaning and my ability to dab when I wanted to. So this update should help. All I need is a stationary tracking camera I could put "in the stands" and Id have a cool rc dirt bike simulator going.

Before if it was set to 20 he would not put his leg out when you were going 0-20. Now you can up that and have him put his leg outtat higher speeds.

i'm not sure if that problem have been posted already (i think i saw some message on the last snapshot release) :

Loading times with Shaders ON : (tested on a beta track)

-1.8 version : 45 sec
-Last Snapshot : 90 sec

-Last Snapshot with Shaders OFF : 25/30 Sec

Will it be fixed or ?

I was noticing that it was taking me forever to load too, but I thought it was something on my end. I actually timed it once loading a supercross (Just object shaders; no terrain shaders.) and it was 90 seconds also. I wonder if the game trying to read .scram files has anything to do with it.

almost worse for me when im on my PC than my laptop. Higher graphics mean long load times.

If it just started with the scram files, it could be from searching the file list since it doubled the number of names to search for. It's a linear search now so there's a lot of room to speed it up.

It that's the problem switching to a binary search will eliminate it.
