-how do i race the demos
-how do i backflip
-how can i race an sx without front flipping every jump
-i cant get the editor to work
-will i need to shadow the skins i make

This isnt like mva where the bike moves in every direction you lean while in the air, you must have a good jump, then lean forward and then back just before you leave the ground and hope for the best lol

1. You race the track that the race specifies and then you go to your personal folder and go to the demo folder. the race you just ran (your last one) will be called default (make sure that after you run your race you exit or else you might be tempted to race again and lose what you just did) rename your default to trackname . or space yourname
zip and upload to mediafire then send it to whoever is hosting the race thru a pm

2. easiest way is to be on a track with a tarmac jump (regular jump with asphault friction map) and when you get to the face sit down then when you get to the top clutch and stand up or just stand up and upshift either works.

4.right click on your shortcut and go to properties
in the command line at the very end enter --editor
then ingame press tab until it shows up (helmet cam-editor-third person)

thanks alot, but when i try to rename the target box, it says that its not valid, and i really dont understand the whole demo thing...

and ya i was a die hard MVA-er and like anti-MXS but now this is the best mx game ever, the game is alot better, the community is alot better, the help you guys put out is awesome... and i just love the game!!!

OK...I GOT EVERYthing down besides the DEMOs, i dont know how to do its, its very frustrating

ok ill try to go through this step by step... if this doesnt work add someone on msn im sure someone will know how

(im going to skip the whole racing thing cause im sure you know how to do that)
1. go to start<all programs<mx simulator<mx simulator personal folder then click the demos folder
or
C<Documents and Settings<username<Local Settings<Application Data<Mx Simulator<demos

2. find the one that says default (the one that is a white peice of paper with the mxs flag logo on it)

3. rename this file to (track name) (yourname)

4. zip this file and upload it to your site of choice (we all use http://www.mediafire.com )

5. after this is done uploading click the share button next to your upload and copy that link

6. send this link to whoever is hosting the race via pm

make sure u have "record demos" turned on

in the new race menu

thats how you send demos, not how you race them.
to race a demo, you must have it in your demos folder, then, ingame, you go into playback race and choose the demo you want to race against, making sure that you have the playback mode on "race against"

im thinking he just meant get in a race not actually race a demo... or atleast i hope so i went thru some troubles doing the step by step
