Just practice experiment how the bike handles, each bike handles differently.

Re: how do i
but like its so hard to even make a turn like i always wrecks and i get pissed off like how do you stay up better with out falling and i cant figure out how to use my 360 controller
Re: how do i
First off, what OS are you using? XP, Vista, 64 bit? Windows should have stock drivers for the 360 controller.
As far as riding without arcade physics - go to bike setup and set the stability at 85, and turn the "allow wheelies" option off. Practice with it at 85% - you're going to suck at first, everybody did. When you start getting better, turn the slider down to 80% or 75%. Just keep practicing until you can ride decently with the slider around 25%. That's really what it comes down to - practicing. Also, slow is fast. Don't go balls to the wall into every turn, just take it easy until you get the hang of it.
