Question about 125 and 250 power.

Post by Blitz »

Hey, im a noob so if ive posted this in the wrong place, im sorry.

But i was just wondering if there is much power difference in the game? I mean in real life, a 250f is ahead. And in the game a 250f is as well right?
Anyway, i was using the 250f and running poor lap times. Then i decided to give the 125 a go, and cut down a few laps. I was suprised to see that i was going quicker. However i then moved to another track and it felt like i was going alot faster, and i was riding a lot cleaner (less bails) but my lap times werent as fast as on the 250f. Im thinking of using a 125 for the nationals coming up, but im wondering if the chances are ill get smoked?

Sorry if that didnt make sense, and/or if its in the wrong place.
Thanks guys.

i think the 250 are faster but 125 is mutch more fun to ride but if you can ride a 125 then there is no difference, its up to you.

Some day I'll come to one of those races with a 490 Maico and show up at the first turn so fast that light itself will just give up and go home. Until then, I'll go orange. And until THEN, I'll be on a green 125. I think they sound better, and I personally find it a lot more controllable (karma, maybe?)

Give me more power.
Give me more handling.
Give me more style.
Give me more Maico.

I've noticed the 125 is alot easier to ride, seems to be easier to control and handles better.

If you find someone who can ride a 125 then he is just as fast as a 250f. The both have there advantages and disadvantages, its more about rider preference. If you remember James road a 125 his entire 125 career except for 1 race, and dominated on it. (if im not mistaken)

I think they're better at some..sections o,o..Like, a really tight bowl turn, where you're going like 5 mph, no, then a 250f is better, but when its just wide open then they're really good o,o..though I run faster lap times on the 250f =/
But it feels like im going faster on the 125, sometimes :P
