Most people use a 360 controller. If you have a wired version just plug it in and you're good to go.

Actually you might need to download the Xbox 360 Controller for Windows drivers from their site...if you google it you'll find it.

All of mine have worked by just plugging them in :?. Windows Update automatically installs the drivers.

Do you guys feel comfortable with a 360 controller? Does the game play out well with one? I didn't know if it's a limitation or what not...

im useing the logitech chillstream. It blows cold air so you don't get wet hands when you're racing for the win ;) haha, but yeah it's a good controller!

The PDP Afterglow controllers work pretty well too- cheaper than buying a wired M$ controller. Plus it lights up! It matches the blue glow of my rig retty well- and the force feedback can glow accordingly, steady, or be turned off via a button on the controller.

I know this has been mentioned before but, how do you over-ride and/or map the axis portion of these?? I would like the left trigger to be a "fanable" clutch rather than a hard button....any ideas....
