Can you just have the 2015 rf nationals on 01 and not the gp's?

Funny how I made an entire topic in this a while back but now I like the GPs even more than the nationals, with a few exceptions (looking at you Fermo)

01 server is always dead when GP tracks are on can it not just be Nationals or a GP rotation every 2 AMA rotations?

yes or get a server in euro land with only gp and nat on an us hosted server?
