I just did some online racing and i think 10 min + 2 laps is to long. On a 2 minute track that can result in a 16 minute race. Not only is it a long wait, i have also noticed that after half the race distance most riders pull aside and wait for the next race. 7 (or 8 ) min + 1 lap is more then enough imo.

JLV, i have 2 server PC's ready and waiting to run 2 nice MXS servers on.

I am just awaiting your approval to host my own :D . Im on an uncapped Cable connection and usually see 16mb down/ 8mb up, which is more than enough to run 2 decent servers. I've ran deticated Flight Simulator X servers with 30 people in them with no problems and noone complaining of lag. I've also ran 2 deticated LFS servers with 20player capacities each, and nooone complained of lag.

Sounds great shark. I like the idea of more servers but i also like racing agaonst a lot of people. Is it the red bud beta of mine and wakes? Right now im happy with the online setup but it would be nice to just be able to click on which server we wanted to connect to

like i'm not sure if anyone has thought of this... and idk if anyone will like it but why not make it just one big server that alternates through all of the tracks? like easy nationals, hard nationals, and SX tracks i just think it would be a LOT more fun if there were like 15 riders in one race than 5 or 6

Yeah , i'd agree but i think 2server is better... One only supercross tracks and one only nationals tracks with alternates tracks and with more guys
Is so fun start with 10 - 12guys

How about this as an alternate setup -

MX - 11 riders
SX - 7 riders
(19 total)

Currently it's:

A - 7 riders
B - 7 riders
C - 7 riders
SX - 4 riders
(25 total)

The advantage of 7/7/7/4 is there is pretty much always a slot available. 11/7 might have better racing but the servers would fill up faster.
