New to The Game.

Hey,
im fairly new to this, ive been playing for about 2 days now trying to learn how to play. Im just deciding if i should buy the full game or not.

So far ive been doing laps of ekswanbee park, managed to run a 1:15 but thats with arcade physics. I wanna really learn to play the game. What settings should i have it on?
Ive tried turning arcade Off but i cant seem to get the bike to lean into corners very well :? and i fall off alot in corners due to falling over. I really like the look of the game, the physics and all and cant wait to run on a supercross track and build my own outdoor track but im really finding it hard to learn how to play the game how it was designed to be played, not the arcade version as that feels like cheating
Any tips?

p.s ive also tried plugging my xbox360 controller in using the plug & play recharger lead but cant seem to get it to sync with my pc:S tried downloading the software too.

Thanks.

First, turn arcade physics off, next, turn stability down to 95 or something, and just practice practice practice, and lower the stability as you get better.
And the full game is even easier, theres a rider lean, and you have more grip on the front wheel..traction, whatever, which makes cornering much easier, aswell as jumps and..just about everything.

That's because your stability is at 100, try turning it down and see the results.

It sounds stupid but the fastest way to get good is turn your stability down to 0 and just ride ride ride. The move it up to 30, and you'll never fall!

my tip. just run a few laps pretty slow at stability 80. Then try to run faster but not mutch faster, then u will get a hang of it. later when u can run 1 clear lap, u could lower the stability if you want. i was running with 75 stability for like 3 months when i started to play this game a long time ago, now i feel 100% safe with 30 stability. just test you'r way foward.

I thought the game was easier at 50 stability then 80.

The tough thing about this game is you really have to brake and set up for the corners. So you are better off not necessarily just trying to go fast - just try to go without crashing.

The game gets better and better the more you practice!
