technical difficulties

so i just got the game a few hours ago..and i downloaded the new jlaw skin and the red bull suzuki test track..but the bike is grey and the ground is all white...what is going on?

You probably have the track in a subfolder. Delete the track folder you have now and redownload. When it's done, click "open folder". Go to the file and right click and go to 7Zip>Extract Here. That should solve it. For the bike, all I can suggest is geting the new Yamaha model. It was seperate from the rest of em', so you might've missed it.
