exactly THEY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO it's our job to help out the newer people with what they need to do. This is the only post i've seen him make and it's not a big deal.. everyone is new at one point or another..

If you are going to flame them, at least give them some advice first. Tell them what they need, then politely(i know its hard for some of you) tell them where to look for information, and where/when to ask questions.
