Framerate loss help

Post by Hondarider77f »

I'm not sure what the deal is, but i've always listened to music off of youtube and played at the same time. But just recently, I cannot do it anymore because I get major framerate loss, sound is still fine, but my video sucks. It works fine when I'm not on youtube, but as soon as I get on youtube it starts doing terrible. I didn't change a thing, all my settings are exactly the same, any ideas? Is my computer just aging already (7 months old)? I already took stuff off of my desktop, put about 5 gb of stuff off of my computer, took lots of tracks I don't ride out of my personal folder, and even lowered my graphics :( ...any ideas?

If you dont mind, post the specs of your computer. Also, make sure you have he up to date drivers for your graphics card.

I assume that my drivers are up to date, but there is no "graphics card control center" for some reason...

Make sure you dont have v-sync on, it was killing my performance...Now the game runs at 125 FPS on any track.

Maybe one of your sticks of ram pooped out?

Have you tried just playing with only the game open?

I don't know much about computers but i have read that if multitasking becomes slower the ram would be somewhat at blame. Do a little research I'm sure people all over the internet have the same problem
