Fair enough, so your on a 64 bit system, did you find the file though?

ohk, on the shortcut on your desktop, right click > properties.

Check the directory in the target field.

This is what the text is in "Target:" "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mx Simulator\mx.exe" --hidden-pause

So it says there is an mx.exe somewhere

Try unhiding hidden files,

open windows explorer, go to organize > folder and search options > view (TAB) > show hidden files and folders.

Nope I tried that already, if I type in mx.exe all I have is mx5 mx6 mx7 mx8 mx9 and mx10.

Hahhahahaha I think my friend must've done something weird when he set it up for me when I first got the game. It's no big deal, as long as I can play. Hopefully it will get figured out sooner or later.

BG - the file is not called mx.exe its called mx (exe is just extension which is most probably not visible) and it has same icon as the shortcut on the desktop

take the snapshot, name it mx and put it in the install folder (C:/Program Files (x86)/MX Simulator) then it should ask you if you want to rewrite a file, click yes and you should have it installed
