How do i whip?

You definitely need to turn off arcade mode.

The initial setup for a whip is easy. Just turn as you go off the jump. The hard part is after that. You need to judge the rotation and then turn the front wheel the right way at the right time to straighten it out.

Can you reccomend a setup that will enable me to be able 2 whip but still have some control over the bike on other parts of the track?

There aren't any magic settings. I'd start with pretty slow and stable settings. You can still whip with those settings, you just can't do the crazy inverted stuff.
