Help with Graphic Settings/ Lag

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone could help me out with my graphics so I can get to where I can play on servers with a lot of riders and not have any lag as well as with regular tracks without anyone else but me riding. I'm new to the game and know nothing about computer graphics setup so help would be greatly appreciated!

My PC specs are:

try "High FPS" in the graphics settings. That helped me on my laptop

You're not going to get much out of a dual core pentium, 4 gigs of ram, and Intel HD graphics. The only thing I can suggest, or anyone for that matter, is to turn everything down and run 64x64 textures, no shaders . That was me a few years ago and I tried everything and I finally gave in and built a gaming computer.
