This fixes the automatic clutch bug reported by billybob.

Replace mx.exe or mxbin with one of the above files. I'd keep a backup of the originals since these aren't well tested.

I have problem with 2008-04-28 :
every lap, there is an access disk for 1 / 2 seconds
before this update, it has never done
it's pretty embarrassing
