Race Factory Gaming Amateur Nationals times

Post by USABMXER1 »

It just doesn't make sense to me why the top 10 riders in the 250 Amateur Nationals on Race Factory are having better times than 36 position in the 250 Pro Nationals on Race Factory. They should have a cut off to that like if they are having lap times that are in qualifying position for the Pro Nationals then they shouldn't be aloud to race in the Amateur Nationals, or if they have qualified for a Pro National this year then shouldn't be able to do the Amateur Nationals. That just doesn't make any sense to me at all. Like it is called Amateur Nationals for a reason not Amateur Nationals for riders that should be racing Pro Nationals instead. I just thought that I would give my 2 sense about that cause it just isn't fair to any of the Amateur riders that are actually trying to have good battles with each other in scheduled racing where they have a full points series for it. If your not able to do something like that then could you at least make it so that there are different groups for it like A, B, C class etc.. it would just make it so that the community would grow larger by doing that cause a lot of people want to do these races but see riders that should be racing in the Pro classes in the Amateur classes and it just scares them off from racing it cause they think that they ill have absolutely no shot at making it at all.

shut up braiden jkjkjkj <3 but yea i noticed that too the guys that run the am races cant run the ams so they just dont montior it as hard you cant blame them i would do the same we are lucky to have am races. but monitoring sandbaggers at random rounds would be nice. If they did that i might even try to qualify for a race
I don't know I made a few mains in the am ax series.... does that make me pro?

Most deffinitly it would grow if they did make an actual A,B,and C class cause it is sensless for the actual Am riders to be racing people who should be pro and theyre just doing laps around us and we are supposed to get off the track for them so they can pass us , if they did make more classes we would see some good battles between the amature riders and not half to worry about billy badasses lapping us and exspecting us to pull over for theyre precious asses

I think having different skill classes would be nice, but it would take 6 hours to get through everything. All the 450 riders might not even bother coming. I agree with you on trying to monitor sandbaggers. Maybe it can be one person's job to look through all the toptop 10 or qualifiers and compare their times to the bottom 10 or 20 qualifiers in the pro nationals

The thing is, you can be a hot lap hero but suck at racing. You may qualify top 10 for the event, but if you go 37-34 and your fastest lap is 15 seconds slower than your qualifying time, then you're an amateur. There are only two names signed up this week that I know of that have raced in pro races. Mora should have a pro license considering he lead consecutive laps at St Louis this year. He's the only one that I don't agree with. Also, if you don't take it so seriously, it won't bother you near as much. No one cares if you win the AM championship anyway

Yes this is true but they could possibly do it on different nights like they hold the C class one night then the B class the next night and A class the next night or something like that.

Even though that is true the top 12 riders in the Ams riders shouldn't be able to be throwing down lap times that would get them into the Pro races without having to go through the consi.

How many free nights do you think wheels has? If you keep complaining don't be suprised when he cancels the amateur series entirely.

i agree that different nights wouldnt help anybody but neither does having a group of guys just blow everybody away to get faster you have to race with people that piush you so im at a loss on why they want to race with us newbs and i dont even run am rf because their is no shot of me being able to do anything because of this group running an am race just to watch a ahndful of guys run in circles around you blows

I know he doesn't have every night of the week to host that many races but he could have somebody fill in for him to do those races every now nd then or something so that there are different skill levels.
