You can use a ps3 controller with certain drivers. I use a 360 controller (I don't have an xbox, I just use it for the PC). Plugged it in and good to go.

Logitech also make controllers. Just go to your local store and see what you can get for PC that is the cheapest. Make sure it has analog though

Mine is actually a Game Stop version (MadCatz made it though). Didn't cost as much as a regular controller :).

Mine is a game stop controller also. I'm on my second one though cause i'm hard on controllers. The first one still lasted quite awhile and was only like $24 if I remember right.

I've dropped mine a few times, the left button (not the trigger) doesn't "click" anymore, it just kind of moves so it's hard to know if you are pressing it or not. Other than that it's a good controller, just try not to drop them ;).

I use the same controller, the Left Bumper is a little worn out on it though. Thats what I use for the clutch :)

PS3 is what I use, but I can't figure out how to get an analog clutch working. Still I like the setup more than the xbox360 controller, I like the symmetry.
