Does the EMFofficial races count rskill points?

Yes I think so. However there has been no "official EMF" races since 2014.

Fx. the monster cup. it says official but no rskill points is given. and now with the preseasonsx. it says official but dont know if they give points.

Yeah they are sort of official. M@xtizzz and Bruno are a part of the EMF team. But for it to count and be completely official, Nioubie must be hosting it, if I've understood it correctly.
