name and number help

I have been wanting my name and number for a while now, but haven't been able to because whenever I download a new skin the files are always a link that takes me straight to internet explorer, which is weird, rather than it being a folder. so I cant open it to pull out what I need to put the name or number on. if there is anyone that could do it, it'd be great! not a huge deal though, just would like something a little personalized
