i thaught my two questions should go in the general dicussion area.
q1- should your supercross and arenacross suspension setting be the same for both places
q2 what should my supsension be set at and other stuff for the suspension be set at for arena cross in the game

Read the FAQ to understand how suspension works in the game, and then tweak your suspension to suit your riding style for a particular track.

SX suspension will generally be stiffer, but all depends on the rider.
Rutted tracks require softer suspension.

same for me in real life as in the game, half to run my suspension soft, On sx or mx track. it has to be soft for me. I dnt like the bike when it get stiller springs.
