Man, that looks sweet, some problems though-

-Hands don't connect to bars properly
-Fork guards are too large
-Some planes need to be double sided
-Swingarm seems like its up too high

Other than that, all we need now is for JLV to make the KTM engine and position for the game!
Sweet wheels too!

i renamed all the things in the rar but the bike doesnt show correctly :S

yes, yes, all of that done but still missing some things :S, the wheels are the stock , without sprockets, doesnt have engine chain, the front plate is the stock and things like that

edit: nothing is wrong with these files, i am pretty sure.

as an example:
1.to replace this bike with the rmz250 rename the files like this
rmz250_fork_lower.jm
rmz250_fork_upper.jm
rmz250_side_plates.jm
rmz250_swingarm.jm
rmz250_frame.jm
rmz250_front_plate.jm
front_wheel.jm
rear_wheel.jm
RMZ250.png
wheels.png

you can replace any bike.
the wheels are the ones with spokes, they add poly's

this is the mva crf250 engine, the plastic, pipe, and some of the frame are all 250sxf.
If it is still not working in other peoples games then I don't know what to say except for to check how you renamed you files
