For supercross:

Stability 15

steering strength and force all the way up

steering damping 50

Increasing the shock's spring rate caused problems in the whoops, but increasing the front spring rate gave me a better feel in the front end.

Fork spring rate and oil level all the way up.

Fork preload: 70

shock preload: 85
- i lowered and choppered my bike out a little, and i think it corners better and endos less on jumps

I'm still tweaking, but it feels nice in SX to have compression damping around 40-50 and the rebound around 20-30. Too much rebound in the rear causes problems in whoops, but it can help to bounce over hard-to-make sections.

I'm nowhere near as fast as Stocksy, so his might be better, but try mine out and tell me what ya think.

this is my base setup for SX, obviously it needs tweaking for each individual track, but it is ridable on it's own :)

To update my setup after much more SX testing...

Fork Oil Level is now 25%, not 100%.

Even though the front wheel feels more 'vague' with less oil, for some reason or other I wash out my front wheel much less often with this setup.

I'm running very similar suspension to what Shackattack posted as his setup.

Forks: 80-20-50-40-25

Shock: 30-55-15-40

Thats because with a lower fork oil level your initial stroke of the forkes, the first inch or two is more supple and able to absorb small bumps better, plus when you come into a turn and let of the throttle it allows more weight shift to the front of the bike because the initial stroke is softer.

Here's what i've been using, it's pretty similiar to my real world bike and it feels pretty good on here as well.

Fork Comp. Dampening----45
Fork Reb. Dampening------71
Fork Spring Rate------------70
Fork Preload-----------------0
Fork Oil Level---------------61

Shock Comp. Dampening--40
Shock Reb. Dampening----73
Shock Spr. Rate------------74
Shock Preload--------------50

Rider Vert Spr--------------75
Rider Vert. Damp.---------74

Rider Forward Spr---------76
Rider Forward Damp------76

Rider mass----------------50
