Yeah, it doesn't matter what you have your slider set to, once you change your advanced settings it overrides the default values. When you change the slider again I'm pretty sure it will override the advanced and return to the default settings for that stability number, so make sure you keep your setup saved in case you accidentally change it :)

Yeah just think of each number 1-100 in the stability as advanced stability presets.

I tested many PRO setups posted by the following riders:
Dennis Fjeldberg, Hunter Root, Jeremi Seabolt, Alexis Leclair, Byron Downen, Jordan Vanderlee, Robert Nash, etc.

I took the best feeling stability, suspension, etc to start building this setup. I then read up on all the settings in depth, and tweaked each further until it felt optimal. I'm just a novice rider, but I wouldn't be surprised if a better rider could be quite competitive on this setup. It feels great compared to other setups I've tried. Its much easier to ride the bike fast and consistently, without crashing left and right. This setup works for supercross and motocross alike. I'm sure there's things that better riders would want to change (like rider mass), but overall its a solid baseline.

Gonna try and post my weekly setup in here to help others as many top riders all say the same thing... "i cant give it out" to the new guys and amateurs.

Works well with the following bikes in order from left to right.

2019 Minneapolis

18' FC450, 18' CRF450, 18' 450SXF, 17' 350SXF, 18' 250SXF

For the 250, just tweak with the shock spring rate / preload.

Thank you so so much!! I just came back to MXS after a year and didnt feel comfortable on bike at all and your setup made things so much easier. As you said this setup is very easy and consistent to drive for even beginners. Thanks again!!
