Changes:
- Editor's radial mode is now a half circle rather than a full circle.
- Editor now draws the brush as two circles. Inner circle is 100% and outer circle is 0%.
- Height and slope are now printed when the gradient editor is up.

Linux users: http://mxsimulator.com/snapshots/mxbin-2010-02-06

Replace mx.exe or mxbin with one of the above files. I'd keep a backup of the originals since these aren't well tested.

I know that you had said that you were going to make the next snapshot set to high priority. Is this one? Because i hate having to set it to high everytime i play. I was telling bill earlier today, my fps was going from ~10 fps to ~100 fps. I honestly saw it at 15, then it flew up to 105. and it kept changing. But once i set it to high priority, it says from 30 to 60/70. :|

Since the previous snapshot it has been using SetForegroundWindow to raise the priority a bit. If you want more you can try changing the shortcut target to: start /b /abovenormal "c:\Program Files\MX Simulator\mx.exe"
If that isn't enough use high instead of abovenormal.

An even better solution would be to figure out which startup program is slowing you down and disable it.

Thanks for that :)

And when i go to control panel, and click change startup programs, nothing opens. It just shows the loading mouse image for about 1 second then it does nothing.

Not sure why that would happen. Here are Microsoft's optimization tips:
Windows 7
Vista
XP

I usually use msconfig to change the startup programs. Open Run and type msconfig then Enter, then go to the Startup tab.

I noticed the other changes but I never did see this one. Somewhere I'm not looking?

When you're in gradient edit, look over near were all of the tools are, at the bottom you'll see the measurements of the point you click on.

The exe has to be in the Mx Simulator install folder (Probably C:\Program Files\Mx Simulator).

Yeah,it has to be in there and it has to be renamed to just "mx.exe".But you should have the the original mx.exe, just rename that to mx-orig.exe
