Help with new setup...

I have been trying to come up with a new setup and I can't seem to find out whats right for me... any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm looking for an in between of soft and hard but a little bias on the soft side.
I want the bike to soak up whoops and rough terrain.
I know this is kinda vague but any tips or suggestions would help...
You could even post your setup's for me to try. Sorry if this seems to specific or vague.
