Factory Team

So, I am looking to run a team for outdoors 2017, supercross 2018 and so long after that. However, I don't want this to be the average team. I am gonna run a MX Simulator Factory team that will actually benefit a racer and that racers career.
I need two top end AM riders and two top end Pro riders.
