Beginners sx track?
Can anyone recommend one please?

That one is a bit older, and won't be a perfect reference for tracks built now due to bike and riding style changes, but it's a good starting point. Haven't ridden it in a while, but my guess would be the biggest difference is traction, both in terms of friction and resistance (i.e., more like JLV stock/early tracks, less like 2017 replica tracks).
I would also highly recommend bookmarking the Tm-Factory Racing website (the page I've linked is for "pro" tracks, meaning custom creations. "AMA" and "GP" tracks are exactly what they sound like - replicas). The site will have 99.9% of everything you could want, including endless amounts of tracks to get a feel for.
