statues disapear in game still in notepad++

TRACK EDITINGi have placed all of my statues there were all done then played loads of time in game and I added something else go in game and no statues are there and it says missing shape file 215. then a load of numbers please help me but have all the codes still in notepad++ they are all named correctly but then just suddenly don't go in game
