Quick FOV question

A quick newb question,
For most videos i see of the guys using there recorded demo the view is always usually the same, do you know what the FOV settings are on these demos?

Default FOV is 110. I use 102 for my 3rd person riding, 115-120 for 1st person.

110 with what kind of height and angle?

0-0 1st person, height: 5, distance 10 for third person. Personally I like to use 0.63 height and 0.11 angle for 1st person.
