please help W/ suspension

So ive had this game for a year now and im finally starting to get fast enough to where suspension matters however i have no idea what any of the suspension settings do , I've messed around with them for hours but seem to get no where so if anyone could help that would be much appreciated , thank you

It really depends on what track your riding. I know some guys never touch ther suspension but i change it a lot for each track to really dial it in.

What are your suspension settings right now?
