Re Installing Sim

I bought a new computer but I'm not sure how to install the full game. I tried to install the latest update but on the installation setup, in the folder destination tab, i can't press next to proceed to installation.
Any help will be appreciated thanks

You need to download the installer you got from the email, when you purchased the game. An update won't work as a full installer.

Is there a way to get a new installer. That email is long gone
