I'm struggling with making tracks since I have to just take the files and folders from other tracks since notepad ++ won't let me edit files and I don't know how to make a decal file or any other file. Yes, I know how to make a new folder, but I can't make a file that would be opened in notepad ++ and the blank track does not come with one. Please help.
