Also, the erode setting is set server side. You don't need to do anything client side other than join the server.

I think invisible players shouldn't be able to deform the track. They're tearing up the start straight

JLV, do you have an estimated time for the release of when people can bring erode into their own servers, or flowtech/mxsim.fr servers, not bitching, just a bit curious.

Just did some racing on the smoothed out Southwick. EPIC. EPIC. EPICCCC!

It's like a new game.

No pressure, but some optimization and lighting updates to see the bumps/ruts better would be sweet for sure. I know. So needy. But regardless, you brought the fun back for sure!

What is going on with 19805? I connect, and my offset goes thru the roof, and I'm getting like 1 FPS.....Running a 980, so this shouldn't happen.

New experience for sim and that was awesome! Too bad I'm getting really big fps drops all the time. Also after riding Southwick I feel like track deforms way too fast and would be a mess with many riders on it. Also ruts are showing delayed, so that really confused me, because ruts appeared out of nowhere just in front of my wheel.

I really think this is a new thing and all of my tips will be fixed in the future. Thanks for this update jlv, seems like new era of sim just came :D

to address the track deforms too fast part, that all depends on the level of erode that it is at. for southwick I thought it was pretty good

I'm only at 30% CPU usage, and temps are fine, but I'm stuck at 8FPS...but it's more like 1. People in the server are getting 90+. My graphics are at 60, 6 and the model detail at 0.
