Can't join a server from a website

Hi for some reason ever since I got sim I have never been able to join a server from a website and when I click on a link to join a server nothing happens so if you know how to solve this please reply because it's getting a bit annoying now

Make sure your executable is named right. If you've just downloaded a snapshot it'll be named "mx-snapshot-[date].exe" or something similar. Renaming it to "mx.exe" will fix it if that's your issue.
