Advaced setup guide?

I was wondering if any of you who knows exactly what they all mean, could make a guide to setting up your advanced setup. Some people on YouTube don't exactly know what all of it means. I only know partially what some of it means, but that's it. Thank you!

Kellen from SYS(the main MXS media) & CBL Gaming both break down the advanced stab pretty well. CBL -
