In the market for a laptop

Post by jtrs61 »

Anything is gonna be better than this 8 year old gateway potato! Not only does it get all choppy if there's more than one other person in the server, but the USBs are goin' out on 'er too... Any suggestions for a decent running, preferably cheap laptop? I know you can build cheaper PCs, but I'm on the road a lot and play as best I can. I'd really like to do some racing maybe on a team or something, but this thing is holdin' me back!

What's your price point that you would work from?

I'd buy used at that price point. Don't get anything older than a 900 series GPU and a 4th gen Intel CPU
