FPS are taking a dump

Currently getting 25 fps ish. on a i7 6700hq and 1060. normally would be getting 125 all day long. kind of baffled with whats happenned.

Is this with a consistent Download speed?
It could be possible that your WIFI speed was 50 MBPS and now are like 20MBPS?

My Wifi comes and goes. Try a wired connection if you aren't already and also I would recommend running the test when you're getting both the 125 FPS and the 25 FPS to test for fairness.

Try reinstalling you graphics driver first.
