please help

i have just purchased mx sim (11/24/13) and i seem to have no personal folder, i tried to make a folder with the same name but every track i download has missing textures so i guess it didnt work, i have tried to search youtube and this forum but didnt find anything useful. and yes i have tried to uninstall and re install but still no personal folder. if you can help it would be much apreciated
