Render Quality

My games rendering is shit, like it wont render the god looking dirt till I'm right on top of it.
Also when I'm re watching the race and go into to spy mode the quality of the dirt doesn't look good either.
pls help

turn compress textures off, it might help, i dont remember if it did for me back when i had a shitty comp so. give it a try brotha
