1.12 update

Postby jlv » Wed Jan 03, 2018 2:19 am

This update will patch version 1.11 up to version 1.12. This is for the full version, not the demo version.

Windows users: mxsimulator-1_12-update.exe
Linux users (untar this in your install directory): mxsimulator-1_12-linux-x86-update.tar.gz

Changes since 1.11:
  • Erode (i.e. track deformation) now works online.
  • Added 2018 250fs and 450fs.
  • Bug fixes and optimizations.

The client version is now 29. So if you run a server you'll have to use --min-version 29 to require this version.

Prior updates:
Version 1.11: Windows, Linux
Version 1.10: Windows, Linux
Version 1.9: Windows, Linux
Version 1.8: Windows, Linux
Version 1.7: Windows, Linux
Version 1.6: Windows, Linux
Version 1.5: Windows, Linux
Version 1.4: Windows, Linux
Version 1.3: Windows, Linux
Version 1.2: Windows, Linux
Version 1.1: Windows, Linux

I figured I'd give him a chance after winning the 450 main. Bad idea I know.

Nothing any of us could understand. He just makes weird grunts/moans and points at his crotch.

Did you happen to add this?

That's what I'm going to do. Probably "server, info" which will show the time, laps and other settings.

Not yet. That's a server thing so it's separate from the 1.12 client, but updating the server is at the top of my list.

Online erode has to be enabled on the server. I'll be posting an updated server shortly.

You have to select a folder where version 1.11 is already installed. If the installed doesn't see a zzzz.saf file in the folder you choose the next button will be disabled.

Are you getting any error messages?
