Got a question , I’m bout to buy a new laptop to play sim with , and have a chance to get an Hp Elitebook , with Intel core i7 processor , 160gb on hard drive ( I’ll get an external hard drive ) 6gb RAM

I’m not really looking to be able to run 40 people max graphics or anything , I just wanna be able to play with more then 2 people :? my laptop rn lags with one person and graphics turned down

If you know sum bout laptops and stuff lmk if you think this could run 4 people online with some good graphics

If i was you id avoid any gaming laptops out there to game with, way to expensive and could build a custom PC for just as much and get more performance out of it

Does it have a dedicated graphics card? Most important question when buying a laptop for sim.

This is better than the laptop, however with AMD Ryzen out, I would not recommend this as the cpu is very outdated. GPU isn't too good either.

There's honestly nothing wrong with this if he's just playing sim and other small titles. My 8350+970 handles stuff fine. Especially if it's in the $400 range that he detailed. Ryzen isn't cheap, and not everyone can fork out $$$ on a PC

Pretty sure the new Ryzen APU is just $100. It'll be interesting to see how it does on MXS without a dedicated graphics card.
